Modeling & Simulation Engineer
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections to include.
We have content: Overview (company description) could be "About the role". Then "Responsibilities" is present. Then "Required Qualifications" and "Desired" etc. That could be "Qualifications" and maybe "Skills". There's also "Pay Range Information" with salary range. Benefits: there is a paragraph about benefits. Schedule: not mentioned explicitly; maybe not include Schedule if no content.
We must not include headings with filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay section: we have actual salary range: $110k-$150k. So we can include Pay.
Benefits: we have description of benefits: health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, paid/unpaid time away. That's specific enough.
Skills: maybe we can extract from responsibilities: modeling/operations research techniques, statistical analysis, parametric/non-parametric analysis, computer modeling, simulation, regression analysis, developing/executing analytical models, campaign-level representations, etc. Also desired: STORM experience, Master's degree. Could be Skills.
Qualifications: Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in STEM or Bachelor's with commensurate software coding and Data Science skills, 3+ years total experience, 1+ years modeling, computer programming, data analysis and/or operations research analysis experience, strong desire to expand modeling, simulation, analysis expertise, experienced with study planning/execution, works well in collaborative environments, Active TS/SCI clearance, able to work fully onsite based on client needs. Desired: STORM experience or familiarity, Master's degree.
We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present.
We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience" as heading content. But we can include that phrase inside paragraphs if it's substantive? The instruction: "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD")". So we must not have a heading whose only content is such filler. But we can have a paragraph that includes that phrase as part of substantive content? Probably okay if it's not the only content. However, better to avoid that phrase entirely if possible. But the posting includes "commensurate with experience and qualifications". In Pay section we have salary range; we can mention that salary is commensurate with experience but we have actual range, so it's okay.
We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details.
We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Thus produce something like:

We have an immediate need for a Modeling and Simulation Analyst to provide onsite support out of Arlington, VA.
Responsibilities

- 3+ years of total experience.
- 1+ years of modeling, computer programming, data analysis and/or operations research analysis experience.
- Strong desire to expand modeling, simulation, and analysis expertise.
- Experienced with study planning/execution.
- Works well in collaborative environments.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Able to work fully onsite based on client needs.
Skills
with desired: STORM experience or familiarity, Master's degree. But we could incorporate those into Qualifications as desired. However the instruction: we can have Skills section if there is real specific content. We have desired STORM experience or familiarity, Master's degree. That's specific. Could be Skills. But we must not duplicate content. If we put STORM experience and Master's degree in Skills, we should not also list them in Qualifications. However the posting lumps them under "Desired". We could treat them as Qualifications (desired qualifications). But we already have Required Qualifications list. We could add a separate "Desired Qualifications" but not in allowed headings. The allowed headings include Qualifications and Skills. So we could put required qualifications under Qualifications, and desired under Skills. That seems reasonable. Thus:Skills
- STORM experience or familiarity.
- Master's degree.
Benefits
SPA provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and a number of programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work. The specific programs and options available to any given employee may vary depending on eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, etc.
Pay: we have salary range.Pay
Virginia, Pay Transparency Salary range: USD $110,000.00/Yr. - USD $150,000.00/Yr.
Schedule: not present, so omit. We must ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations." That is somewhat filler but also includes some info. However it's somewhat generic. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that sentence? It's somewhat generic but still part of posting. However it includes "commensurate with experience and qualifications" which is filler phrase but accompanied by other info. The instruction says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It doesn't say we must remove sentences containing those phrases; just that we shouldn't have a section whose only content is filler. So we can keep that sentence. Thus Pay section could include both the descriptive sentence and the salary range. Let's combine:Pay
Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Virginia, Pay Transparency Salary range: USD $110,000.00/Yr. - USD $150,000.00/Yr.
Now Benefits: we have also earlier sentence: "At SPA, we strive to deliver a robust total compensation package that will attract and retain top talent. Elements of the compensation package include competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities." That's also part of benefits/compensation. Could include in Benefits section. Thus Benefits section could have two paragraphs: first about total compensation package, second about benefit programs. Let's capture:At SPA, we strive to deliver a robust total compensation package that will attract and retain top talent. Elements of the compensation package include competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities.

Now we need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The overview includes mention of Arlington, VA location for onsite support. Already in overview. We have "Immediate need for a Modeling and Simulation Analyst to provide onsite support out of Arlington, VA." That's in overview. We have "Group W provides wargaming, warfare modeling and simulation, software development, data analytics, and operations research/system analysis support to the national security mission." Already.
