Modeling and Simulation Analyst, Senior

About the role

The role involves developing and analyzing complex models to simulate various scenarios in engineering and scientific fields. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate representation of real-world conditions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate simulation models using industry-standard tools.
• Analyze simulation results to provide insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to refine models based on feedback.
• Document methodologies and findings for future reference and training purposes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in modeling and simulation.
• Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or similar simulation software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale simulations and data analysis.
• Knowledge of statistical methods and their application in simulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills

• Python programming.
• MATLAB or similar simulation software.
• Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
