Model Project Engineer - Assembly

Position Overview Seeking a project coordinator to develop and maintain schedules for launching new and updated powersports products, ensuring timely production without negative impacts. Key Responsibilities Develop and monitor department action plans for new models.Review design changes affecting assembly processes.Assess change impact and formulate reaction strategies.Lead design and procurement of tools and fixtures for new model implementation.Program equipment for current and upcoming models.Verify Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy.Prepare departmental budgets for projects.Maintain master parts lists and drawings for outsourced assemblies.Present project updates to management as needed. Qualifications & Skills Associate’s degree in Engineering or Technical Field; Bachelor's preferred.At least 2 years of relevant experience.Strong communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with project scheduling tools.Ability to interpret technical drawings and work independently.Willingness to work flexible hours, overtime, and travel as needed. Work Environment & Additional Info Requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and flexibility for overtime and travel.
