Model Project Engineer - Assembly

About the role

This position involves developing and maintaining schedules for multiple projects to ensure timely launch of powersports products without negative impact.

Responsibilities

• creating and managing action plans for new models
• reviewing design changes
• assessing their impact
• leading the design and procurement of tools and fixtures
• programming equipment
• verifying BOM accuracy
• preparing project budgets
• maintaining parts lists and drawings
• presenting project updates to management

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Engineering or a technical field (bachelor’s preferred), with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

• strong communication skills
• proficiency with Microsoft Office
• experience with project scheduling and technical drawings
• ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• flexibility for occasional travel, overtime, and weekend work
