Model Project Engineer - Assembly

About the role

Seeking a Project Planner to manage and develop schedules for parallel powersports product launches, ensuring timely delivery without negative impacts.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining department action plans for new models
• Reviewing design changes and assessing their impact on assembly
• Leading procurement and programming of tools, fixtures, and equipment for new and existing models
• Ensuring BOM accuracy and managing parts lists and drawings
• Preparing project presentations for management

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate’s degree in Engineering or a technical field (Bachelor’s preferred) or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with project schedules and technical drawings
• Ability to work independently, handle flexible hours, travel, and occasional overtime
• Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude to succeed in this role.
