About the role
The Systems Integration Engineer will establish, maintain, and enforce model style guide rules to ensure quality, consistency, and integrity of MBSE artifacts developed in Cameo. They will assist the organization with training and reviews related to System Architecture (requirements, interfaces, behaviors, structures, and parametric) contained within MBSE models.
Responsibilities
- Familiarity with model governance concepts, such as configuration management and control processes.
- Ability to review models for compliance with organizational modeling standards and best practices.
- Work on an agile team utilizing Jira to track work progress.
- Communicate effectively and clearly present technical approaches and findings at technical and program reviews and boards.
- Apply extensive technical expertise in the development of technical solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
Requirements
- Systems Engineer: Bachelor of Science degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) discipline and 2 years of related professional/military experience, OR a Master of Science degree in a STEM discipline and 0 years of related professional/military experience.
- Principal Systems Engineer: Bachelor of Science degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) discipline and 5 years of related professional/military experience, OR a Master of Science degree in a STEM discipline and 3 years of related professional/military experience, OR a PhD in a STEM discipline and 1 year of experience.
- Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Secret clearance (must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company.
- Experience with applied SysML using Cameo Systems Modeler or Equivalent software.
Qualifications
- Systems engineering experience across requirements, architecture, integration, verification, and validation.
- Proficiency with Agile workflows (e.g., Scrum/Kanban), including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery.
- Experience developing and implementing configuration management for MBSE models and architecture baselines (e.g., versioning, baselining, traceability, change control) in tools such as Cameo/MagicDraw or Rhapsody.
- Demonstrated strength in communication and technical writing.
- Prominent ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and timelines.
- Strong presentation skills, including the ability to brief complex technical topics to both internal leadership and external stakeholders.
