Core Responsibilities
- Lead scheduling and coordination of VO and performance capture shoots, including talent, studio bookings, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Support day-to-day production for video game projects, contributing to planning, tracking, and delivery of assets across multiple teams.
- Build and maintain detailed production schedules, task tracking, and milestone plans.
- Partner closely with Narrative, Audio, Animation, Performance Capture, and Cinematics teams to align creative goals with production realities.
- Prepare shoot schedules, call sheets, agendas, and supporting documentation for recording and capture sessions.
- Cook up and maintain detailed production schedules, task tracking, and milestone plans.
- Coordinate with Production team to track deliverables before, during, and after VO and performance capture shoots to ensure assets are captured, processed, and delivered on schedule.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, escalating issues and proposing solutions proactively.
- Facilitate clear communication between central production and discipline leads to keep teams aligned.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and status updates for leadership and project stakeholders.
- Prepare and format scripts prior to VO recording or performance capture shoots.
- Process and track SAG talent payments in coordination with accounting department.
- Support the marketing team for any VO recording required, audio mixes for marketing assets.
Core Qualifications
- 5+ years of production experience in TV, film or video game industries.
- Proven experience scheduling and managing shoots and VO recording.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with creative, technical, and external partners.
- Experience working within SAG talent guidelines.
- Experience with production tracking tools (e.g., ShotGrid, Jira, Confluence, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to remain calm, solutions-oriented, and detail-focused in fast-moving production environments.
- Plus if experience working on AAA or large-scale game productions.
- Understanding of video game development pipelines and cross-discipline workflows.
- Familiarity with performance capture pipelines, union talent considerations, or external capture vendors.
- Experience supporting multiple projects from a central production or shared services team.
- Background in audio, narrative, animation, or cinematics production.
