Why This Role Matters
The Social Content Studio Line Producer is a hands-on production role at the operational core of our content engine. You'll own the day-to-day coordination that keeps shoots on track, products organized, and productions running smoothly across Shark Beauty, Shark Home, and Ninja — working in close partnership with Social Content Studio Producers and Managers. This is a role for someone who brings structure to complexity, anticipates what's needed before anyone has to ask, and continuously improves the systems that keep the studio operating at its best.
What You'll Do
- Own Day-to-Day Production
- Schedule, book locations, coordinate talent, and prepare equipment for social content shoots
- Build and maintain production trackers, shot lists, call sheets, and run-of-show documents
- Oversee product preparation and testing ahead of shoots
- Manage production timelines and proactively identify and resolve risks
- Communicate effectively across the production team
- Be Present and Resourceful On Set
- Manage relationships with talent, crew, and external vendors
- Lead set logistics on shoot days, including setup, breakdown, and real-time problem solving
- Manage production contracts, permits, and vendor paperwork
- Support content capture as needed on set or in studio
- Improve How the Studio Operates
- Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements
- Contribute to building and refining studio playbooks, templates, and workflows

Who You Are
- 2–4 years of experience in production coordination, studio operations, or a similar hands-on production role
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail — comfortable owning operational details regardless of scale
- Fluent in social media platforms with a solid understanding of content types and production formats
- A strong communicator who can manage multiple requests from multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where priorities can shift quickly — and able to make sound calls without always having complete information
- Proactive and solutions-oriented — you spot problems early and bring fixes, not just flags
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Google Drive, Dropbox, Wrapbook, and calendar management tools
- Solid understanding of video production workflows (shoot → edit → delivery)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without losing the details
- Experience on social video shoots or in a content studio environment
- Understanding of set etiquette and basic production equipment
