About the role
At Kia, we’re creating award-winning products and redefining what value means in the automotive industry. It takes a special group of individuals to do what we do, and we do it together. Our culture is fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative. Our people thrive on thinking differently and challenging the status quo. We are creating something special here, a culture of learning and opportunity, where you can help Kia achieve big things and most importantly, feel passionate and connected to your work every day.
Responsibilities
- General Summary: Support the development of additional sales channels for new and used vehicles and support customer satisfaction initiatives for KUS. Successful execution will increase sales volume in retail, fleet, and remarketing sales channels while helping establish and identify future mobility opportunities for Kia. Work with Fleet, CPO, Finance, Product Planning, Incentives, Remarketing, New Vehicle (retail), Distribution, Regional offices & district managers, and Service to coordinate programs and initiatives supporting multiple sales channels. Focus on execution of existing mobility programs collaborating with dealers and program partners. Contribute to future mobility strategies and identification of potential new areas of opportunity aimed at future growth. Support special projects undertaken by the Mobility & Remarketing department.
- Priority One – 35%: Implement, manage, and grow existing mobility programs that directly impact new and used vehicle sales. Programs include KSRP, fleet, gig driver platforms, and KFA.
- Priority Two – 35%: Implement, manage, and grow new mobility programs that directly impact vehicle sales through several existing and future channels.
- Priority Three – 15%: Department lead on the execution of existing and new mobility programs. Manage reporting and analysis for new and existing mobility programs. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to dealers through collaboration with regional field team members.
- Priority Four – 15%: Collaborate with other team members and divisions to maximize the impact of programs and program support for KUS.
- Personally Performed Duties:
- Implement and manage new and used vehicle mobility programs.
- Manage performance, growth, and impact to organization.
- Meet regularly with customer service/parts and service division to measure the performance and impact of mobility programs.
- Conduct regional meetings and dealer meetings to implement and support department initiatives.
- Monitor, measure, and communicate regularly results of implemented programs.
- Responsible for program results – i.e., new KSRP vehicle utilization, fleet size, and fleet turns, mobility program growth.
- Work with AutoEver and other external software providers and operators for program implementation and program performance.
But note: we must not nest ul inside li? It's allowed but maybe better to keep separate sections. Could split Personally Performed Duties as separate ul after the priorities. Simpler: keep each as separate li with paragraphs.
Better: Provide a ul for responsibilities items, each li containing the description. For Personally Performed Duties we can have a nested ul or separate ul after.
Given instruction: Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have a ul for responsibilities, each li being a duty. Personally Performed Duties is also a list, could be another ul.
