  • Application Lifecycle: Manage the ingestion, deployment, updating, and retirement of internal (LOB) and public store applications or enterprise iOS apps.
  • Vetting & Security: Analyze application permission requirements and privacy manifests before approval for the enterprise catalog via NowSecure.
  • Development: Work with Microsoft Graph APIs, assist with testing of EntraID/MSAL on mobile applications, and enhance web apps.
  • Meet with mobile development teams to review NowSecure findings.
  • Deploy, support, and troubleshoot on-site as needed.
  • Manage app onboarding, packaging, and deployment.
  • Support clinical and enterprise IT teams, including facility techs, to troubleshoot installation, updates, and access issues.
  • Contribute to development and testing efforts for iOS, Android, Microsoft Graph APIs, or web apps.
  • Coordinate testing and validation of app releases.
  • Ensure apps meet security standards, including NowSecure minimum scores and compliance requirements.
  • Create and maintain documentation.
  • Provide customer support and troubleshooting via Service Central/Service Now.
  • Participate and potentially co-lead team scrum efforts.
  • Maintain operational documentation and runbooks.
  • Mentor newer team members and seek learning opportunities.
