About the role

NIVA Health invites established Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) with advanced wound care expertise to join our Mobile Wound Care Division on a part-time basis. In this autonomous, patient-focused role, you will deliver evidence-based wound care using the latest therapies and technologies—including allografting and low-frequency, non-contact ultrasound—directly to patients in their homes and local facilities. You’ll lead clinical innovation, mentor colleagues, and shape best practices while contributing to quality initiatives that elevate patient outcomes across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage wound care patients across diverse care settings
• Apply advanced therapies and clinical judgment to drive optimal healing outcomes
• Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and ongoing quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain meticulous EMR documentation in a dynamic, mobile environment

Requirements

• Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced wound care across diverse patient populations
• Strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and natural leadership abilities
• Commitment to innovation and delivering high-quality care
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
