About the role

NIVA Health invites established Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) with advanced wound care expertise to join our Mobile Wound Care Division on a part-time basis. In this autonomous, patient-focused role, you will deliver evidence-based wound care using advanced therapies and technologies, mentor team members, and drive clinical innovation across home and facility settings.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage wound care patients across diverse care settings
• Apply advanced therapies and clinical judgment to optimize healing outcomes
• Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation in a dynamic, mobile environment

Requirements

• Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license
• Proven expertise in advanced wound care across diverse patient populations
• Strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and natural leadership abilities
• Commitment to innovation and high-quality patient care
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
