About the role

NIVA Health invites established Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA) with advanced wound care expertise to join our Mobile Wound Care Division on a part-time basis. In this autonomous, patient-focused role, you will deliver comprehensive wound care using the latest evidence-based therapies and technologies—including allografting and low-frequency, non-contact ultrasound—directly to patients in their homes and local facilities.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage wound care patients across diverse care settings
• Apply advanced therapies and clinical judgment to drive optimal healing outcomes
• Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of learning and clinical excellence
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain meticulous EMR documentation in a dynamic, mobile clinical environment

What We’re Seeking

• Experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a valid, active license
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced wound care across diverse patient populations
• Strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills
• Effective communicator and natural team leader
• Commitment to innovation and continuous quality improvement in wound care
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
