About the role

NIVA Health invites established Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) with advanced wound care expertise to join our Mobile Wound Care Division. In this autonomous, patient-focused role, you will deliver evidence-based wound care directly to patients in their homes and local facilities, lead clinical innovation, mentor colleagues, and shape best practices across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage wound care patients across diverse settings.

Requirements

• Experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a valid license.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced wound care across diverse patient populations.
• Strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communicator and natural team leader.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
