About the role
NIVA Health invites established Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) with advanced wound care expertise to join our Mobile Wound Care Division. In this autonomous, patient-focused role, you will deliver evidence-based wound care using the latest therapies and technologies—including allografting and low-frequency, non-contact ultrasound—directly to patients in their homes and local facilities. You will lead clinical innovation, mentor team members, and shape best practices that elevate patient outcomes across multiple states.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage wound care patients across diverse care settings
- Apply advanced therapies and clinical judgment to drive optimal healing outcomes
- Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain meticulous EMR documentation in a dynamic, mobile environment
Requirements
- Valid NP or PA license
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced wound care across diverse patient populations
- Strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills
