Mobile Trailer Technician

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial trailers.
- Write detailed work orders, working 80% in yard sites and 20% on mobile road calls.
- Provide quality customer service.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair semi-truck and trailer bodies, systems, and components.
- Perform preventative maintenance on fleet semi-trucks and trailers.
- Maintain, adjust, or replace hubs and axles as needed.
- Inspect, service, and replace tractor and trailer parts, including tires.
- Check and repair brake, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Test all systems and equipment for performance issues.
- Ensure trailers meet U.S. Department of Transportation's road safety requirements.
- Compile inspection reports, document repairs, and report findings to management.
- Respond promptly to client queries.
Requirements
- 5+ years of verified commercial trailer repair experience.
- Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift 100+ pounds.
- Basic computer skills to submit repairs for billing.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions to complete daily tasks.
- Basic reading and writing skills to complete customer repair orders.
Qualifications
- Experience with structural body work is a must.
- Welding experience, certification a plus.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Technical school degree is a plus.
- Class A CDL is a plus.
- Possession of own tools is a plus.

Pay
USD $36.00 - USD $38.00 /Hr.
*Can Earn An Additional $700 Bi-Weekly With Efficiency Bonuses. Paid Weekly!*
