What You’ll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on trailers
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Complete inspections and ensure vehicles meet safety standards
- Document repairs and complete work orders
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Work with supervisors and team members to keep fleets operational
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in performing repairs on class 7 - 8 trailers
- Ability to diagnose mechanical issues
- Valid driver’s license
- Own and maintain personal tools and toolbox necessary to perform job duties
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions
- Technicians may be exposed to traffic, dust, diesel fumes, noise, and mechanical irritants such as oils and greases
- Work may involve lifting heavy objects, accessing tight equipment spaces, and bending, stooping, crouching, or crawling while performing repairs
Pay & Schedule
- Pay $27.00 - $32.00/hour (based on experience)
- Pay Frequency: Weekly pay - every Friday
- Schedule: Monday Friday 2pm to 10:30pm
