Mobile Teller - Lawrence

Schedule

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30am–5pm, rotating Saturday 8:30am–12pm. Flexibility to work additional hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner via lobby, drive-thru, ATM, and other channels.
• Balance assigned cash drawer and research differences where applicable.
• Actively listen to customers and communicate in a friendly, positive manner at all times, even in difficult situations.
• Recognize customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services with customer-centric recommendations.
• Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services.
