What You'll Do
- C Conduct recalls to ensure they meet Ford's quality standards and specifications.
- B Perform Ford scheduled maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs at customer locations.
- C Identify and document any defects, damages, or issues discovered during the inspection process, and coordinate with appropriate teams for resolution.
- D Utilize Ford diagnostic equipment, service information, and repair procedures to accurately diagnose and complete repairs.
- E Perform services including oil changes, battery replacements, brake repairs, recalls, software updates, and other approved mobile services.
- F Rotating tires and implementing tire repairs according to vehicle standards.
- G Performing alignment checks.
- H Conducting multi-point inspections (121-point inspection).
- I Assisting in various minor services including software updates, key programming, and replacing windshield wipers.
- J Performing other duties as needed.
What You’ll Need
- A Full time availability.
- B You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old.
- C A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- D Experience at an Automotive School or Program.
- E Automotive 609 Certificate a plus.
- F Prior dealership experience a plus.
