Qualifications
- 2+ years of Service Technician experience required
- ASE Certification preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Travel to client sites to diagnose, maintain and perform vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Perform mobile service repairs including but are not limited to filter replacement, engine diagnostics, recalls, minor services at the customer's location
- Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
- Perform all tasks in a safe and efficient manner
