Responsibilities
- Provide superb customer service by diagnosing, visual inspections, removal of parts and attachments, warranty repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance services
- Repair lights and wiring
- Welding, cutting, and other repairs
- Upsales for monthly bonus incentive
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of diesel truck service and computer diagnostics experience
- Mechanical aptitude and technical ability
- Ability to operate power and hand tools and other equipment safely
- Read and comprehend instructions and information
- Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets our criteria
- Obtain and maintain a DOT Driver Medical certification
- Professional appearance and strong oral and written communication skills
- Possession of a personal smartphone capable of downloading, installing, and reliably operating company-issued mobile applications for safety inspections, coaching materials, driving performance, notifications, payroll, and attendance
Physical Demands
- Stand six to eight hours per shift
- Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, handle, and feel
- Use hand and power tools
- Lift parts weighing up to 70 pounds several times during each shift
- Use hoist and test equipment
- Exposure to noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes, and other hazardous and nonhazardous materials
Pay
Eligible for overtime. For well-qualified, proven efficient applicants, we also offer a flat rate compensation plan with a monthly bonus incentive based on upsales.
Schedule
40 hours per week.
