Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service directly to customers while working independently throughout the day.
• Perform light maintenance and repair services on a variety of vehicles, including:
• Oil changes
• Tire rotations
• Battery replacements
• Recalls
• Filters
• Multi-point inspections
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify maintenance-related concerns.
• Recommend needed services based on inspections.
• Document repairs and communicate clearly with service advisors and customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction.
• Represent Angela Krause Ford professionally in the field.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
