Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations to perform services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and light repairs.
- Utilize mobile diagnostic tools to accurately troubleshoot and resolve vehicle issues.
- Provide customers with transparent communication about services required and their vehicle’s condition.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of your mobile service vehicle and equipment.
- Collaborate with the dealership's service team to coordinate appointments and special requests.
- Adhere to safety protocols and dealership standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Valid driver license
- ASE/Manufacturer certifications - Ford certifications are desirable but not mandatory
- Service Technician experience preferred
- Strong use of technological devices including tablets
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
