MOBILE SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile repairs and maintenance on a variety of equipment at customer locations.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Travel as needed within the Phoenix, AZ area to meet service requests.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a mobile service technician or in a related mechanical or electrical repair role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to perform physical work and work in various environments.
