Mobile Service Technician
Position Overview
The Quirk Commercial Truck Center, located in the Fore River Shipyards, is hiring a mobile mechanic. We will provide a completely up-fitted service van stocked with tools. Our ideal applicant will have heavy-duty truck repair experience, a clean driving record, and dealership experience. We will cover the cost of a DOT medical card.
Responsibilities
- On-site warranty repairs
- Maintenance tasks
- Performing recalls on Ford, Stellantis, and GM products
Requirements
- Heavy-duty truck repair experience
- Clean driving record
- Dealership experience
- Minimum 1 year experience working on vehicles
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers
- Able to assess individual client needs and think of innovative ways to get results
- Experience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude
- Strong willingness to learn
