Mobile Service Technician

About the role

Mobile service technicians perform basic maintenance, brakes, filters, wipers, batteries, minor recalls such as airbags and shifter cable bushings, and some limited warranty work remotely off-site at the client's location. This position requires significant customer interaction, often with commercial or fleet customers managing large vehicle fleets. All work is performed as scheduled in advance. The role offers an hourly pay rate, room for advancement, and is ideal for individuals looking to grow beyond a standard oil and lube position.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic vehicle maintenance, including brakes, filters, wipers, and batteries
• Complete minor recalls (e.g., airbags, shifter cable bushings)
• Handle limited warranty work at client locations
• Deliver strong customer service in a commercial/fleet environment
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

• At least one year of experience diagnosing and repairing vehicles
• Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
• Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated with a winning attitude
• Must be a current U.S. resident and eligible to work without sponsorship
