Responsibilities

• Performing automotive repairs and maintenance
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle concerns/symptoms
• Following factory guidelines and specifications for repairs and service
• Accurately documenting repair orders
• Maintaining high workmanship standards
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Adhering to prescribed safety regulations

Requirements

• Certified Ford Technician
• Strong knowledge of Ford vehicle systems
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment and computer systems
• Good communication and writing/typing skills
• Strong teamwork skills
• Willingness to undergo drug screening and background check
• Valid driver's license with no major violations

Please note: Technicians will be scheduled to work in the shop during the training and evaluation period.
