Mobile Service Technician

Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to ensure customers are satisfied with timely, accurate, and quality service. Use state-of-the-art technology to diagnose and repair customer vehicles while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.

Responsibilities

• Execute all diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance services in compliance with industry and manufacturer standards
• Perform road tests to diagnose
• Use and learn new computer diagnostic and repair information systems
• Complete all paperwork and payments each day
• Maintain the cleanliness of the mobile van at all times

Requirements

• Must submit to a background check and drug test
• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• At least 3 years as a Service Technician
• Proficiency in automotive diagnostic systems and computer repair information systems
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Pay

$850.00 weekly while in training, plus bonuses.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays. Hours and schedule may vary.
