Mobile Repair Technician - Field Position

You’ll travel locally in a fully equipped, company-provided repair van, fix mobile devices on-site, and deliver top-tier service that keeps people connected—no shop walls, no routine office desk.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company repair van to customer locations to diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics.
• Deliver high-quality, convenient on-site repairs while ensuring a great customer experience.
• Educate customers on device protection plans, accessories, and support options.
• Manage your daily route efficiently and maintain inventory inside your mobile workspace.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, hands-on mechanical work, or retail/customer service.
• Comfortable working independently in the field and managing a daily schedule.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Soldering experience (question).
• Computer repair experience: 1 year preferred.
• Work location: In person.

Pay

Earn more as you perform — $16–$22+ per hour with uncapped commission & performance bonuses! Paid bi‑weekly. Paid training from day one: get paid while learning our systems, technical skills, and repair standards.

Schedule

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required. Full‑time position.
