Primary Responsibilities
- Respond to all MRT dispatch calls in the field alongside the base clinician.
- Triage & Assessment: Utilize evidence-based trainings and screening tools to assess routine, urgent, and emergency calls.
- Clinician Backup: Act as an authorized backup to the Base Clinician, executing clinical responses under their direction.
- Diversion Planning: Develop exceptional, individualized follow-up plans focused on community-based stabilization and diverting ER or hospital admissions.
- Linkage & Referrals: Collaborate with external healthcare and community providers to connect individuals to ongoing behavioral health services.
- Follow-Up Care: Provide face-to-face follow-up visits with individuals who previously required MRT intervention to ensure stability and continuity of support.
Qualifications & Attributes
- Certification: Hold a Peer Certification or possess a strong willingness to obtain one upon hire.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with the proven ability to multitask in high-stress, fast-paced environments.
- Capabilities: Flexibility to handle evolving functional and organizational tasks as assigned.
