The Essentials Of Success
- 4+ years of prior email, mobile, and CRM marketing experience required, preferably for a multichannel retail brand
- Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with an emphasis in marketing/business
- Strong coding skills and understanding of audience data structures, tagging, system integrations, and marketing automation or mobile engagement platforms to support campaign implementation
- HTML experience is preferred
- Proven skills in highly targeted and customer-centric campaign development, management, and analysis
- Mobile savvy; familiar with the unique stylistic requirements that make digital content successful
- Strategic thinker with strong tactical execution skills; able to grasp complex business processes and maintain attention to detail
- Quantitative skills, including Excel, data validation, reporting, analysis, and visualization
- Collaborative, responsive, self-motivated, driven, independent
- Highly organized and possesses excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with an ability to influence others
- Passion for testing, learning, and making data-driven decisions
Pay
The pay range for this position is $68,200.00 - $95,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
