Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the industry.
- Possession of own basic tools.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work outdoors in a marine environment.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.

Description
Position Overview
We are expanding our team in Palm Beach Gardens and are seeking Mobile Marine Repair Technicians. Whether you're a seasoned marine professional or someone with solid boating/yachting experience looking to grow into the industry, we encourage you to apply. This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing onboard systems — including mechanical, electrical (AC/DC), plumbing, and hydraulic components. If you enjoy problem-solving, take pride in your workmanship, and love working around boats, this could be an excellent fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mobile service, repairs, and routine maintenance on a wide range of marine systems.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and hydraulic issues efficiently.
- Provide clear documentation and communicate findings to both management and customers.
- Represent Hartman Yacht Maintenance with professionalism and a strong customer-service mindset.
