Mobile Maintenance Mechanic 3
What's the Job?
Support operation, inspection, and maintenance processes for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment and systems in assigned facilities. Assist Mobile Engineers (HVAC/R) and Control Systems Technicians in maintenance and repair efforts, as well as independently performing defined tasks. Maintain lighting systems, including bulbs and ballasts. Perform general interior maintenance such as HVAC/R coil cleaning, kitchen equipment maintenance, and minor plumbing repairs. Complete special tasks including painting, locksmith work, tenant services requests, and general maintenance as assigned.
What's Needed?
- Possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently or in a team environment.
- Willingness to be on call for after-hours emergencies.
- Ability to comply with safety policies for hazardous materials.

Requirements
