What's the Job?

Perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance on building systems including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC. Respond efficiently to work orders, ensuring high service standards across multiple sites. Travel between facilities, managing daily service routes and documenting maintenance activities. Operate company vehicles safely and maintain them in good condition. Assist with snow and ice removal, debris clearing, and ensuring safe access to facilities.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent with relevant trade certifications as required by local jurisdiction
  • Minimum of 3 years of general maintenance experience in commercial or institutional facilities
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and ability to operate company vehicles in various conditions
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
  • Proficiency with computerized work order systems (CMMS) and mobile devices
