Mobile HVAC Technician

Job Summary

Perform maintenance, inspection, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in assigned facilities. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving HVAC-related issues to ensure optimal operation. Support the operation and upkeep of building systems, including lighting, fixtures, and interior components. Move equipment, furniture, and materials as needed to facilitate maintenance tasks. Conduct facility inspections, report conditions impacting occupancy and operations, and assist in safety compliance efforts.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in building repair, HVAC, electrical, or plumbing maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle and tools.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
• Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Flexibility to participate in on-call emergency response and overtime as required.
