Location: Frederick, MD area – 25 locations
Pay Range: $33-34 per hour
About the role
Perform maintenance, monitoring, and repairs to Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems for various facilities. Travel between multiple facilities to ensure proper functioning of all systems. Maintain responsibility for facility services, preventative maintenance, purchasing, inventory control, and contracted maintenance. Inspect, calibrate, and replace parts to optimize HVAC system performance. Record readings, make adjustments, and ensure all equipment operates within standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems
- HVAC troubleshooting skills, basic electrical and plumbing knowledge
- EPA 608 Type II Certification; EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel
