Mobile HVAC Technician
About the role
Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on commercial HVAC systems, including packaged units, air handlers, chillers, and related equipment. Maintain, operate, and troubleshoot electrical distribution, plumbing, building automation controls, and fire/life safety systems. Execute work orders efficiently using CMMS technology with minimal supervision. Conduct facility inspections and assessments, reporting conditions affecting client operations. Travel to multiple client locations within the assigned territory, managing work schedules independently.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; technical training or trade school degree preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial building engineering, with a focus on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Universal EPA/CFC certification (required)
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in various environmental conditions
