Our client, an industry leader in commercial property management and maintenance, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team in West Palm Beach, FL.
About the role
As an essential part of the Facilities Maintenance Department, you will support multiple client sites by performing preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on commercial HVAC systems, including packaged units, air handlers, chillers, and related equipment. You will also maintain, operate, and troubleshoot electrical distribution, plumbing, building automation controls, and fire/life safety systems.
- Complete work orders efficiently using CMMS technology with minimal supervision
- Conduct facility inspections and assessments, reporting conditions affecting client operations
- Travel to multiple client locations within the assigned territory using a company vehicle and manage work priorities independently
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; technical training or trade school preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of technical experience in commercial building engineering, with a focus on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Universal EPA/CFC certification (required)
- Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in various environmental conditions
