Mobile HVAC Technician
What's the Job?
Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment across assigned facilities.
Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.
Conduct inspections of interior and exterior property areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting systems.
Troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC and refrigeration systems, utilizing technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, update work order statuses in real-time, and utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo.
What's Needed?
- Universal CFC recovery certification
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus on HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and equipment maintenance
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial or supermarket refrigeration systems
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid state driver’s license and willingness to perform on-call duties and daily driving to various sites
