Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client, a leader in facility maintenance and engineering services, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, monitoring, and repairs to Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems for various facilities.
• Travel between multiple facilities to ensure proper functioning of all systems.
• Maintain responsibility for facility services, preventative maintenance, purchasing, inventory control, and contracted maintenance.
• Conduct cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and replacing parts to optimize HVAC system performance.
• Record readings, make adjustments, and ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification; EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Valid driver’s license and proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel.
