About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy equipment and diesel engines used in various military and commercial applications. Must have a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair heavy equipment and diesel engines
• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to quality control standards
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a diesel or heavy equipment mechanic
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles
• Security clearance required
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex mechanical problems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
• Knowledge of diesel engine systems and heavy equipment operation
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
