About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy mobile equipment used in various industries. Must have a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair heavy mobile equipment such as cranes, bulldozers, and excavators.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and manuals.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan.
• Communicate effectively with clients and other team members to understand their needs and expectations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience as a heavy equipment mechanic.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Security clearance required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex mechanical issues.
• Knowledge of diesel engines and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
