Mobile Facilities Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a Full-Time Mobile Facilities Maintenance Technician in the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio / Northern Kentucky area to support our clients. This role includes a company vehicle and focuses on corrective, preventative, and routine repair and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance, including timely on-demand repairs and scheduled maintenance
• Complete work in skilled areas such as light electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general systems maintenance
• Troubleshoot general building repair issues
• Handle small project work and provide special project support
• Conduct periodic safety inspections and other proactive facilities requests
• Maintain and use tools and equipment properly
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repair, and testing activities
• Maintain truck stock and inventory within company guidelines
• Develop and maintain client relationships, including participation in client meetings
• Use a computer to modify and monitor the work order management system
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Commercial Facilities Maintenance Services
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to self-manage and deliver services with a high degree of quality and accountability
• Effective communication and time management skills
• Must pass a background check, drug screening, and have a valid driver’s license

Skills

• General carpentry, light electrical/plumbing, and painting
• Basic HVAC filter changes and preventative maintenance (a plus)
• Commercial garage door repair, drywall, and light construction (a plus)

Schedule

Generally between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM, with occasional on-call rotation duties shared throughout the team.

Pay

$24–$30 hourly wage.
