About The Role The role owns the end-to-end development, performance, and reliability of native mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms, reaching millions of active users. The engineering team builds responsive, fluid user interfaces and robust offline-first architectures, collaborating closely with product designers and backend engineers to ship high-impact features. Key Responsibilities Design and build advanced native mobile applications for iOS using Swift and Android using Kotlin, ensuring high performance and responsivenessCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features within fast-paced agile release cyclesContinuously discover, evaluate, and implement new mobile technologies and development frameworks to maximize development efficiencyIdentify and fix application bottlenecks, memory leaks, and concurrency issues using profiling tools like Xcode Instruments and Android ProfilerMaintain code quality through rigorous automated testing, including unit tests, UI tests, and continuous integration pipelinesParticipate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical mentorship of junior engineers What We Are Looking For 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience with at least 3 years dedicated to native iOS or Android developmentDeep proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, or Java, alongside a strong grasp of mobile design patterns like MVVM, MVP, or VIPERDemonstrated experience integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and real-time data websockets into mobile clientsSolid understanding of offline storage paradigms, caching strategies, and performance optimization techniques on mobile devicesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical industry experienceBonus: Experience with cross-platform frameworks like React Native or Flutter, and prior contributions to open-source mobile libraries
