Mobile Engineer

About the role

Support a portfolio of properties in Reno, NV, with a strong focus on HVAC/R, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair response work orders for facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems and components.
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R systems, plumbing systems, electrical distribution equipment, building interior and exterior areas, and related grounds.
• Support facility inspections and due diligence efforts, and report on conditions that may affect client occupancy and operations.
• Update work order status in real time, submit P-card receipts daily, and use CMMS systems such as Corrigo for all work performed.

Requirements

• Universal CFC recovery certification, or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of employment.
• Minimum of four years of technical experience across building engineering, with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance.
• Knowledge of overall system design and applications, with experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration.
• High school diploma or GED required; valid state driver’s license required; must be available for call-in work and other assigned duties.
