WHY WORK HERE: Time Magazine National Quality Dealer Award Winner The Sports Illustrated AIADA All-Star Dealer Award for outstanding customer service and commitment to the industry, community, and the nation Distinguished Service Citation from the Automotive Hall of Fame WE OFFER: Medical, Dental Life and Disability 401K with Company Contribution Paid Vacation Paid Personal Leave Paid Holidays Bonus Programs Vehicle Purchase Programs RESPONSIBILITIES: Commuicate with Comercial and Retail Clients to schedule mobile service appointments Manage the daily workflow and the dispatch of Mobile Techs to customer locations Build and manage customer files for new Customers and enter them into our telematics system Complete all repair orders in our dealership system and telematics database to insure the integrity of our scheduler Establish strong Customer Service relationships with current customers and follow up on all appointments and service requests Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and confirm that the mobile work was completed as requested. Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order Explain all completed work and charges to customers REQUIREMENTS: Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction Strong multitasking and time management skills a must Strong organizational skills Computer Skills in MS office apps as well as the ability to learn and operatie in internal computer systems Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant is a plus Logistics dispatch and copordination is a plus Excellent written and oral communication skills Positive and personality Above average energy level Personal and professional integrity About The Dealership The Pohanka Family of Dealerships is firmly entrenched in the Washington DC Metro.
