The role involves providing peer support services to individuals experiencing mental health crises through mobile crisis teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate emotional support and crisis intervention to individuals in crisis.
• Assist in coordinating care with other healthcare providers and community resources.
• Document interactions and interventions for quality assurance purposes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in mental health or crisis intervention.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Proficient in using mobile crisis software and documentation systems.
