Mobile Crisis Intervention Clinician - Weekend Overnights

Job Summary

The Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) Clinician is an integral part of the Community Behavioral Health Center's (CBHC) Mobile Crisis Intervention program. This position responds rapidly to individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges, providing crisis intervention services 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Primary Duties

• Telephone triage and crisis intervention
• Evaluation, stabilization, and referral of clients
• Delivery of a course of treatment promoting recovery and ensuring safety
• Collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team for continuity of care
• Serving as a liaison between the MCI team and community providers

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related human service field
• Two years of experience in mental health field (including internship experience)
• One year of experience working with children, adolescents, and families (for those providing services to children/youth under 21)
• Intermediate computer fluency, including Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle

Pay and Schedule

• Unlicensed Clinician: $35.69/hourly
• Independent Licensure: $38.25/hourly
• Hourly rate increases for 2nd shift (evenings): $1
• Hourly rate increases for 3rd shift (overnights): $2
• Hourly rate increases for weekend shifts: $1
