Mobile Crisis Intervention Clinician: Monday - Friday

About the role

The Mobile Crisis Intervention Clinician is an integral part of Riverside Community Care's Community Behavioral Health Center's (CBHC) Mobile Crisis Intervention program. The role responds rapidly to individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges, assessing effectively, stabilizing, and referring for further treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention services on-site or in the community, including telephone triage, evaluation, stabilization, and referral.
• Work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team to provide core services such as crisis assessment, intervention, stabilization, and post-stabilization.
• Assist in the daily operations of the CBHC's Mobile Crisis Intervention component.
• Serve as a liaison between the MCI team and community providers for continuity of care.
• Participate in clinical supervision and licensure track hours.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or another related human service field.
• Two years’ experience in the field of mental health preferred.
• One year of experience working with children, adolescents, and families preferred for those providing services to youth under 21.
• Intermediate computer fluency, including Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Skills

• Knowledge of and experience with substance use and co-occurring disorders preferred.

Pay

• Unlicensed Clinician - $35.69/hour
• Independent Licensure - $38.25/hour
• Additional hourly rate of $1 for 2nd shift - evenings, $2 for 3rd shift - overnights, and $1 for weekend shifts.

Schedule

• Full Time
• Monday through Friday
• 2nd Shift: 4pm to 12am
