About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention services to individuals experiencing mental health crises.
• Coordinate with community resources to ensure comprehensive care plans are implemented.
• Support individuals in accessing necessary healthcare and social services.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all relevant privacy laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in mental health crisis intervention.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles.
• Proficiency in using technology for case management and documentation.
