About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide crisis intervention services to individuals experiencing mental health crises.
- Coordinate with community resources to ensure comprehensive care plans are implemented.
- Support individuals in accessing necessary healthcare and social services.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all relevant privacy laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in mental health crisis intervention.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles.
- Proficiency in using technology for case management and documentation.
Skills

- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
